If you use 22.414689 L as the molar volume, you'll get 0.7004.

That's because the value of standard molar volume used in the first method has 3 significant figures (22.4). While the values used in the second method have more significant figures, that's why the answer is a little different. But that should not be a problem because the answers are not too different from each other.
