<v ->As we have previously discussed,</v> every Excel Workbook exists within a larger ecosystem of objects, including macros, versions, and other workbooks. Mastering collaboration and distribution requires knowing not only how to connect workbooks with these other objects, but also how to share workbooks' data with other users. In previous lessons, we've been working on spreadsheets independently, managing our own process to get it just right. Now it's time to share your work with others. In this lesson, we will inspect our workbook for issues related to hidden properties or personal information that we may not wanna share with others. We will check for content that people with disabilities might find difficult to read. We will review for possible compatibility issues with other versions of Excel. We will review collaboration features within Microsoft 365 to allow us to avoid version control issues. We will set up appropriate content protection to avoid unintentional changes to formulas, formatting, and layout options. And lastly, we'll go over some Excel functionality and best practices when setting up documents for print. Let's begin.
