Wow! Thanks for pointing that out! We all make mistakes sometimes, but that one is obvious and embarrassing! You are of course absolutely correct, humans have 46 chromosome, 23 from each parent. Also as you said, the error doesn't affect the correct answer to the question, but we will make sure that this is corrected regardless!

I just wanted to point out that the option for choice C here is not a correct statement. It should be 23 from each parent with 46 chromosomes total. It doesn't change the answer to the question, but the instructor did say it's a correct statement, which it is not.
