Alright, this question wants to know where is your sacroiliac joint compared to your navel? Alright, well your navel is your belly button, right, your umbilical region, and so we need to figure out what the sacroiliac means. Alright, so when I look at that, there's part of that word that I recognize. Sacro well, that reminds me of the anatomical term sacral. And the sacral region is the absolute lowest part of your back, The the lowest part of the spine, that that bone there is the sacrum. And so I don't even need to know the other part of this word. I'm just going to cross it out because I know where the sacral region is. So sacral region is definitely below your navel, right? The lowest part of your back is lower on the body than the navel, and our term for lower on the body is going to be inferior. So I'm pretty confident that where is my sacroiliac joint compared to my navel? It's inferior to my navel. Let's see if that's an option. Lookie, they are b. So I feel very comfortable comfortable saying that b is the correct answer. I'm going to go through the other options here just to be safe though. A) superior. Well, the navel is superior to the sacral region, but the question asked it the other way around, so it's not going to be that. C) proximal? Well, proximal only has to do with the arms and the legs the limbs. And proximal means closer to the body. Both these things are in the core of the body, so it's not going to have anything to do with proximal. Distal here, D, that's going to be the same thing. Distal means farther away from the body on a limb, so it's not going to be that we're not dealing with limbs. So that leaves me very confident saying that the sacroiliac joint is inferior to the navel B. Just so you know, your sacroiliac joint is the joint between the sacrum, the bone that sort of makes up the very bottom of your spine, and where it connects to the pelvis. There you go.
