Users must be able to access the content as technologies advance (as technologies and user agents evolve, the content should remain accessible).
The Guidelines under this Principle state sites and applications should be developed using clean code that follows the latest standards. Create content that is compatible with different browsers, assistive technologies, and other user agents.
